Payments:

 

We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD and PERSONAL CHECK.

If paying with personal check, check must be made out to the "CAM Cabin Crafts".

 

Layaway:

 

Our layaway policy is as follows:

 

No layaways on orders totaling less than $299 (before the cost of shipping). Yes, you can combine items to reach the $299 minimum order amount.

 

All layaway orders must be paid with a Credit/Debit card. No exceptions.

 

Layaway requires a  25% down payment. The remaining balance will be split into 3 equal payments due within  60 days of the first payment.  60 days is the maximum time period to day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cancelled layaways require a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. No exceptions.

 

Layaways not paid within the 60 day period will be cancelled on the 61 st day.

 

Not all items are available for layaway. Items which are available will be marked "Layaway OK".

 

Returns/Damages:

 

If item(s) arrive damaged, you have 3 business days, from the date of delivery, to contact us. If we are not contacted after the 3rd business day, you own it. Also, because our item(s) are unique, one of a kind crafts, we do NOT offer any form of Warranty.

 

Shipping:

 

All orders are shipped via USPS.  Shipping insurance it not required but we highly recommend it.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information

you give us such as your name, address, phone and email address. Your information is used only by us as

a means to send you information about new products we have.  We do not share your information with

anyone else.  We do not collect any payment information from you through our website.  Payment

information is handled over the phone when I contact you for payment.

 

Our shop is hosted on the Wix.com platform.  Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows

us to sell our products and servies to you.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com's date storage,

database and the general Wix.com applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

If it is necessary to contact you about your order I will do so through the email address or phone number

you have provided. 

 

If at any time you don't want us to use your contact information to receive updates from us then contact me

may also call me at 865 448 5940.  These forms of contact may also be used to change or update any of your
