How Ordering Works

Step 1.  Click the "Crafts" button to explore our wide variety of handmade Appalachian crafts.

 

Step 2. Pick out the craft(s) you would like to purchase.

 

Step 3. Click the "Contact/Order Form" button. Fill out the form with your name, email and phone number. In the comments section, list the item(s) & quantity you would like purchase. Then click the "Submit" button.

 

Step 4. Sit back and wait. We will contact you, typically within (1) business day, to collect your payment and shipping information. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served bases.

 

Note: Many of our items are unique, one of a kind crafts, which we only carry in limited quantities. Some crafts are almost always in-stock, while others are truly one-of-a-kind creations. Because our crafts are so unique, they can sell-out very fast. If we do sell-out of an item before we get to your order, we will still contact you and let you know that the item you wanted is, unfortunately, out of stock.

 

You can sign-up for the CAM newsletter to be one of the first to know about our newest crafts and when out of stock items are back in.

 

*Shipping - Items typically ship (1) business day from the time payment is collected. Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping insurance is not required but is highly recommended. If a one-of-a-kind item is damaged or lost, their is NO way to replace it because you had the only one that was ever made.
